During the session, participants will learn simple karate movements and breathing exercises, and challenge themselves by applying mindfulness techniques in real-time through breaking wooden boards. Our professional instructors will guide you in mastering focus during movement, relieving stress, and enhancing mind-body coordination within this short timeframe. Whether you are a beginner or seeking to improve self-control, this Experience Day offers a fresh perspective and opportunity to explore inner strength and tranquility together!


Regular Class / 8-16 Week Program

In this continuous program, participants will learn karate techniques, positive concepts, and mindfulness practices. Through systematic training, learners will steadily enhance their physical fitness and mental tranquility. Instructors will guide you in mastering the essence of karate while cultivating mindfulness and focus, helping you maintain balance and confidence in daily life.

In addition, we provide an after-class online support platform, enabling participants to reinforce their karate techniques and complete mindfulness exercises. Through this platform, learners can continue to progress and receive additional guidance and support.

We also provide academic assessments to ensure participants achieve substantial changes and improvements during the program.
