A systematic 12 weeks approach to personal growth.
Led by a sport psychologist scholar, it includes academic assessments, karate technique training, psychoeducation, and meditation.
Participants will experience improvements in physical strength and mental health, including resilience and self-regulation. The program concludes with a showcase and belt examination.
