12 weeks
intervention program

  • A systematic 12 weeks approach to personal growth.
  • Led by a sport psychologist scholar, it includes academic assessments, karate technique training, psychoeducation, and meditation.
  • Participants will experience improvements in physical strength and mental health, including resilience and self-regulation. The program concludes with a showcase and belt examination.

Long term

  • Throughout the program, participants will engage in ongoing karate training while also focusing on their mental well-being
  • The inclusion of long-term assessments to monitor the participants’ overall well-being and track their progress over time. This allows for personalized support and adjustments to be made based on individual needs.
  • Participants have the opportunity to connect with others who share similar goals and challenges. This community provides a platform for sharing life difficulties, offering support, and enhancing overall well-being.
